Slewing bearings application in earth work machines

Slewing ring bearings are widely applied on earth work machines, mainly in service on the swiveling parts such as boom, cab base, ect.

Excavators are primarily used for digging, demolition, forestry work, grading, landscaping, heavy lifting, and brush cutting. Slewing bearings are mainly applied in cab rotating platform, or the swiveling joints between the attachments (such as a bucket) and boom.

Motor grader, also called road grader, blade, maintainer, is used to create a flat surface, after the work of scrapers or bulldozers.

The backhoe attachment is used to dig up hard material and is often used to dig trenches. Slewing rings are often applied on the joint part between arm and the tractor, ant that between boom and the bucket.
