Product introduction
INA spec XV50 Crossed Roller Bearings RIGIA-BRS Crossed Roller Bearing Features:
1. X arrangement of rolling elements, support axial & radial loads, as well as supported &
suspended loads. One equals two normal bearings, position and cost saving.
2. Suitable where zero operating clearance or preload is required, or the rotational
resistance must be especially uniform.
3. High rigidity & running accuracy supplied with normal clearance, little clearance or
preload.
4. Easy for installation.
Why High Rotation Accuracy?
The spacer retainer fitting among cross-arrayed rollers prevents rollers from skewing and
the rotation torque from increasing caused by friction between rollers. Unlike conventional
types using steel sheet retainers, the Cross-Roller Ring does not cause displacement or
locking of rollers and provides a stable rotation torque.
Since the inner and outer rings are designed to be separable, the highly accurate rotary
motion is ensured through adjusting the bearing clearance to provide a preload.
Why High Rigidity?
Cross arrangement of rollers allows a single Cross-Roller Ring unit to receive loads in all
directions, enabling the rigidity three to four times greater than the conventional type.
Why Large Load Capacity?
The spacer retainer allows a longer effective contact length and more symmetrical loaded
areas of each roller compared with the conventional steel sheet retainers, thus
significantly increasing the load capacity meanwhile protecting the rollers from frictional
resistance caused by end-face contact.
